Keen Blues (II)

Ok, hopefully this will fix things up. Super glued the shit out it on Thursday afternoon.
The first phase was to fix the problem on the "nose" of the sandal...
Will see how it goes, etc.

Keen Blues

Yeap... My Keen adventure continues..
|The brown ones are pretty much dead by now, those have been with me since late 2014 and I've been using them day in day out for all the summers since then.
So I've switched to another pair, the blue ones, that I have since 2014 too, but I haven't used them much.
Yesterday had to Super Glue a bit of the right one and it is gonna need another shot of Super Glue, probably tomorrow.

Keen To Endure

I'm pretty positive this will the last summer theses puppies can endure.
It's been a hell of a ride since I got'em in December 2014.

Keen To Be Stitched (Fuck Yeah!) (II)

Busted on Monday, fixed by Friday (by me, of course).
What can I say... That has to be some speedy service, right?
Second time I have to manually stitch these Keen sandals, a little bit over a year ago.

Lost The Left Side Now

Monday night managed to bust the left side of the Keens.
Seems like another stitching session is in my immediate future.
Said this before, but I'm gonna wear these babies to the ground.

So, if you want shit things well done, you have to do them yourself...
The thing goes on and on, had to stitch my beloved old pair of Keen's NewPort by hand.
Will see how long the handy work lasts.

So, it turns out that cement is not good at all when it comes to fixing shoes or sneakers...
Soooo, the thing looks like the only option will be to stitch these little MFs...
By hand.
By my hand.

Keen To Be Saved (?)

I've said before and I'll say it again, I'm gonna wear these babies to the ground.
They are really hurt on the side, and stitching it didn't help at all, less than 3 days after the fix, they broke once again.
So fuck stitches, let's go with cement!
And cement it is, real cement, MF!
Not sure if this will hold over time, but what a hell.

Keen To Be Destroyed

Yesterday busted my first pair of Keen sandals...
Got'em almost three years ago, and, like I said, I'm really gonna wear them to the ground.
Granted, I've used this little MF day in day out every single day I could during the nearly three years I have'em, but, what a Hell, three years is nothing! This little puppies should have to last at least a decade or so, damn it!

I love'em but they are really showing their age.
Summer is winding down, so it looks like I'm not gonna wear them day in day out, but I'm pretty certain they won't live past next summer.

I have to admit it...

My third pair of sandals, and the third pair of sneakers I have.
I have to say that I love waht Keen makes.

Everest and Beyond!

A new pair, these aren't Keen, and they don't feel as good as the ones they made.
These are the Everest brand, got them amazingly cheap, about 10 bucks, so will see how much they last.

Got me a new pair of Keen sandals.
My first pair, that looks pretty much like this one, but blue in color, is with me since June or so; and I've been using it day in day out since the first day of heat back home.
