The current Linux Mint desktop

My Linux Mint setup these days...
This screenshot comes from the Opti, but I pretty much have the same thing on the other boxes as well.
The theme is the now mythic Adapta, while the icons are the famous Numix Circle, all flat and material like, long past are the days of the days of the fuzzy, out of focus, eco-friendly wallpapers.

The Unity Desktop

Well, a modern one, I guess...
Sort of a solarized palette... Seems like the cool kids nowadays replaced their Fuzzy Eco desktop backgrounds for these solarized, sometimes flat, images.
I'm Ok with that.
The image is, for what I Googled, from an upcoming video game or similar.

Time for another exciting Linux screenshot!
With the now famous combination of Moka Icons, the Color-UI and the New Minty Cinnamon theme.

Couldn't stand the previous one... It was cool, flat, squarish & modern, but a bit too warm for my taste.
Had to move to something more traditional.
And again, the Moka icons, (as well as Faba, Faba Colors & Faba Mono Icons) save the day.

Also, this one marks the return of the Fuzzy Eco Wallpaper, this one is a stock one from the Qiana collection.

An almost complete flat look this time:

Icon theme: Moka (as well as Faba, Faba Colors & Faba Mono Icons)


The GTK theme is Qiana's default Mint-X, it is simply perfect, except for the check buttons, with those damn Xs instead of the classier tildes that the Mint-Z used to have... Anyway, progress they call it ;)

Been a while since the last desktop post or...
The Return Of The Fuzzy Ecological Wallpaper!
After backporting Mint (Cinnamon in particular), used the default wallpaper for a while, mostly due to understanding how the hell MDM handled its configuration; but, as expected, time come to go back to nature.
