Yesterday it was time to de-gunk the X60...
Unbelievable, but I had no time to spare to do this until today...
Removed the keyboard, cleaned it good, also the fan, and fixed a sticky key as well.

Yess!! Pasta on a Sunday night is back, dude!
Amazing, truly amazing Sorrentinos with the GF Stew (at last!!!!) and grilled cheese.
Nothing can beat that combination.

The ephemeral by-product of all the savage and fierce composting I'm making... A wild orchid on my balcony. This is -IIRC- the fourth I get from the same orchid.

Saturday Night Asado

 

An amazing bife de chorizo for last night asado, alogn with potatoes and carrots.
Not pictured were the chorizos, chicken breasts and chicken wings that went along to the fire.
Incredibly delicious.

Ok, this is the last one, at least for (quite) a while...

All of the pots that don't have anything on them are composting to the fullest of their capacity.

So I guess that at least for a couple of months I won't be doing any composting at home.

This composting thing is getting out of hand...
Today started a new "pot", the third one, dedicated exclusively for compost.

Got the initial kick with used tea, old leaves, a lot of pumpkin shells and a bit of ole good earth.

Will see how this goes...

Saturday Night Milangas

 

This time, not lovingly made by the GF, but delivery from one of our loved joints.
Also, since Last night rained, we didn't plan for an asado either.
Nevertheless we didn't lose, the damn milanesa napolitana was amazing, part of our continuing "Six Years Together Celebrations".
For dessert, the GF made a magnificent apple crumble, with salted caramel and a little bit of ice cream that was left over from last Saturday.
