Last night saw the Patti Smith documentary, boy what a bummer that was.
I love Patti Smith, I think I have all her records, but the doc was a total let down, it looks like, even tho they took a decade to make it, like they have used only the scraps for the actual documentary.

I fucking love Patti Smith. Yes, you can say she is the faerie of punk, or what ever, Mapplethorpe's girlfriend, political activist, commie, etc, etc, etc; whatever, her records are amazing.
