Composting (XI)

 

Yes, the thing goes on and on and on...
It all started as a joke back in February... And now, well... Now things have taken its own course...
One thing is for certain, I'm making one hell of excellent dirt.

Sunday Night Chicken Breasts

That was a wonderful set of chicken breasts that the GF took and lovingly (oven) cooked with BBQ Sausage, honey & ketchup.
Also, of course, were the potatoes (oven cooked as well) which were out of this world.

Saturday Night Pizza

 

It was time for a pineapple pizza...
The GF and I were desperate for pizza, as you can clearly see on the picture, we gulfed down the first slices before I could take the mandatory picture.

Amazing brunch this past Sunday, even croissants with  ham and cheese, damn!
Despite the day turned out to be a real scorcher, it obviously started really, really good.

Saturday Night Asado

So, yeah... Asado is back and asado is awesome.
Chicken breasts (deliciously spiced by the GF) with potatoes and carrots (not pictured)  all of it asado made along with chorizos and a small bife de chorizo.

Kill me now, I can see the future and it doesn't look promising.

Asado Is Back!

And just like that, one Saturday night, asado is among us once again.
And of course, it is welcome as a dear old friend.

Pedal Failure Is Nominal (2)

Ok... Yup... As expected, the Crazy Glue thing went tits up...

Now come the t-wraps to the rescue! But, also looking for some new, possibly aluminum made pedals for my beloved Blue Thunder... Will see... How this goes...

Needless to say, I'm putting Blue Thunder under a lot of stress with all this CV19 thing.

Friday Night Pasta

A delicious mix of ravioli and sorrentinos marplatenses, both of those drowned on the GF's Stew.
Well, summer is almost here, the heat keeps rising, but at least we have our pasta together.

Composting (X)

The composting madness goes on and on.
The upper one is from my balcony, banana peels and tea leaves, the lower one is from the GF's, once again, banana peels that I covered with dirt right after I took the picture.
Started with the composting stuff on my balcony back on February, on a different world.

Pedal Failure Is Nominal

(Almost) Busted a second set of pedals on Blue Thunder.

Yeah, well, I'm using it for at least, a 44 kms ride each week so... A bit of a burden on the system is to be expected.
Covered the shit out of it with crazy glue, will see how this goes, etc, etc.

This time the madness went on the GF's house.

A little composting (with used tea leaves & tangerine peels) done on a small pot with only one tangerine going on, the lone survivor from the tangerine transplant I did on back on January.

They seem just fine and they keep growing.

Lunch with the GF on a sunny but cool and somehow breezy Saturday... After pedaling 22 kms. guess I'm entitled for having an appetite.
