Saturday Night Asado

It was hot, it was messy, but somebody has to do it...
An amazing asado after the hellish heat we were having this afternoon.
A bife ancho steak, with side toppings of broiled carrots along with broiled potatoes.
The culmination of a terrifically hot, but amazingly good, last Saturday for 2017 with the GF.
