Outlook keeps enabling auto preview, ARGHGH!!!!

This stupid bug got really mad, I know, I know, it's for freaking Outlook 2002, but what the hell, even if it is that old of a program, it should be fixed by now.
It looks like you have to set that preference on 2 different places to make it work.
