An insanely torrid and humid Sunday night deserved amazing pasta.
The classic ricotta raviolis, drowned with grilled cheese and the BBQ'd carrots that were left from the Saturday asado.
The GF took time to cook an special, lightweight variant of her world famous Stew for this special occasion.
