Lubuntu: renaming & unmounting sucks

Two small annoyances that even tho they aren't show stoppers, they do put a small dent on my regular day to day usage.

• The Pop-up window for renaming

Instead of the usual highlighted input text for renaming files and directories...
I hate this one, with all my guts... Impractical and really annoying IMHO
 

• Unable to unmount a drive from a menu

The only way to unmount a drive or share is from the PCManFM window, on the side panel.
This one feels like an incomplete feature.
