Spotifyless Streaming on Chrome (Sometimes)

I've noticed this a couple of times already.
Sometimes when accessing Spotify's webfront, if you see a green line/ notification going the whole screen across the bottom of the page you simply can't listen to anything that you want to play from Spotify.
You need to reload the page in order to make it work once again.
